It’s an Anime that has been airing for like 25 years, and has gotten very popular globally. Like Pokemon but with Pirates.
Looks like it’s mainly a way to push exclusive merch, but they are also going to have the Spirit of Houston play their intro song at halftime of the Kansas State game.
