I only post this as a reminder that we he a major NIL/Donor issue.
Sucks when your state peers goes out of their way to keep you down for 25 straight years. We are a decade and half behind while they had non-stop P5 support.

Is this a joke?
Our tennis coach that had a tremendous turnaround here is leaving for her alma mater Okie State.
I guess I understand the part about being her alma mater, but my guess is she asked for things that the administration is not willing to give right now. The turnaround she built was likely faster than anticipated. This was also a Pez hire if I’m not mistaken.
NIL, Facility upgrades, Salary, etc.
Even if I was an OKIE Lite alum, you couldn’t pay me to live in Stillwater over Houston.
Wasnt the tennis team good or improving? Well that sucks
It was their best start in program history
Turns out Judas’ exist in all sports
Pez hire
A coach leaving for their alma mater and a program with that level of pedigree doesn’t make her a Judas.
I was kinda joking honestly
Wow… tennis coach is leaving for her alma mater after having success here… must not have any NIL… ![]()

She went to her alma mater lol, yeah it’s a shock for the leave but not a shock for the destination.
Let her go be great and build something there, we’ll have our talent come back and coach soon. Until then, let’s pick up someone who wants to take advantage of this hotbed of talent
See, the problem is that you generally have to have made the opposite choice to become an Oklahoma State alum.
Are you talking about the city of Houston? Because just about the entire roster is foreign born.
Yes, but other than the foreign talent we get, maybe this leads to local talent too? A sweet combo of both? I’m unsure about local recruiting, but there are hotbeds. Gallery Furniture has naming rights to a stadium (I believe it’s been torn down, but it was at Club Westside years ago and hosted some big tournaments back in the day)
