game announcers’ graphic average 6ft -1in @ 267lbs. Auburn defense average 6ft-5in @ 320lbs . That defines how hard our Oline played to block the huge Auburn Dline ! I truly am in awe of the determination and skill of our players to win this Bowl game.

I would think our o-line averages over 300 lb…… that sounds really small.
Regardless, they played their butts off.

Not sure what you are saying here. IIRC - The announcers commented on how much bigger the Auburn OLine was than our DLine while complementing how well our DLine was playing. They were complementing us.

yes they did !
Still, our OL did play their butts off. I was extremely impressed at the time Tune usually had to throw. I thought both our OL and DL played very well.

They absolutely did. Best game from that group all year.
Most olines outweigh dlines. The difference is the DE/OLB use speed as the equalizer.
