My truck and a few other vehicles got broken into last year during Utah game. Took my work phone to which i tracked to apartments across the street. Cops never did anything. They didnt even show up till 4 hours later.
A couple of guys with ARâs would make me feel better about parking there. Mayby one or two more riding from there to UH.
Call Couger Pride and tell them you want to switch. They will make it happen for you.
I used to go to Palm Center until someone broke into my truck. After that, I started riding from Fannin South. It is closer to my house, but an hour trip as opposed to the 10 minute trip from Palm Center.
HPD was totally useless âŠ
Canât the university or HPD provide security for a few hours? Dumb question, I know. Ha
Do you still have the garage pass?
Blue lot is where the cool kids hang.
Also, for a pre-elder like myself, it helps me get my steps in.
I agree. Seeing the comments, I may have to move our group to Fannin South.
You can also leave your car parked at the Eastwood Transit Center (off Telephone rd & 45, near campus) and ride the bus straight into Campus.
You can also walk from there, but its kinda tiring & kinda dangerous, as the walk isnât exactly pedestrian friendly.
Sounds like the line at a new Chick Fil A.
Parked twice at Palm Center, but that place is sketchy, sooner or later you are going to be broken into.
There should be a cheap parking spot downtown, then a short 10 minute train ride.
Iâve taken the train from the stop in front of the Marriott by the Convention Center. I donât think it really saves any time over driving in unless youâre already in downtown, but itâs less aggravating getting there. It may usually be cheaper to park over by the soccer stadium and catch it there, but with the Astros playing, you wonât be saving any money.
Yeah, the walk looks kind of treacherous. Ha I will consider taking the bus.
Yes. Send me your email address.
Dmâd you thank you
City bus? UH bus? Private company bus?
Metro bus
What time do they stop running? Might be a late ending, what am I talking about, weâre a run oriented team, weâll be out by 9.
Youâll have to check the schedules on Metroâs website. Theyâve surely changed since I last used them 2 yrs ago.
But, you can Uber there. I dont think an Uber driver would expect more than a $5 tip if the distance is less than 3 mins lol
