CU like every other programs has gone through months or training. Typically programs have a starting QB when the season starts. There are obviously some “questions” at the position including their OL. This is a “golden” opportunity to disguise our defense and make their QB over think. Delaware is one game. Facing a P4 defense is another.
Yep. Seen this trick too many times in my life.
And like others have mentioned, Straub isn’t a run of the mill third string guy.
At least three days late

I see rapper Paul Wall and I immediately think of Coach Tom Herman getting his grill customized.
He may cause a cold front if he takes a deep breath.
You forget that all Houston highways start with “F’ing”
Almost half was on QB runs. I don’t see #1 doing that. In fact, King was really beat up by the end of the game.
Also, when looking at the Delaware game, it looked like they had a lot of yards, but 70 came on one play that was coming back for a hold, but also turned into a turnover when he was chased down for a fumble. The numbers don’t always tell the complete story. I think CU’s weakness might be their LB’s so it depends if Houston can exploit that or if CU is going to adjust the formation a bit. GT has a tough/unique offense to defend so it’s hard to use that game to predict future outcomes.
We’re going to rush for 200 again…
GT’s O’line will push around a lot of people this year. They look stout.
Only a week to sell an entire stadium. Didn’t help that Temple brought maybe two dozen fans. No band or cheer either.
But the atmosphere was great.
After the Navy game was when I was on the news yelling “Whose House, Coogs House!” into the camera
@monceaux Great interview.
Ditto. Ryan, You were right on the mark about where we are at this point in time, and didn’t give up any secrets. I think the entire playbook is going to open up on offense and our defense is going to ball out…
