humidity does that too. in more humid areas 80% and above, temps can feeel 4-5 degrees higher, in mid range humidity, 50%ish, the temp feels like what the guage says and low humidity, 25% or lower; its 3 degrees or more cooler feeling.
i wondered why 91, was always more bearable up north; its the humidity.
