Lot of good that did. Turns out Sam Houston didn’t need it after all.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego would have something to say
Texans fared a lot better than the Spartans who coined the phrase
They’d definitely have something to say:
And the man upstairs, well, I hope that he cares
If I had a penny for my thoughts, I’d be a millionaire
We’re just three MCs, and we’re on the go
Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego
One of the best albums of all time.
“Call 718-498-1043, that’s Paul’s Boutique, and they’re in Brooklyn”
Pretty sure Lieutenant Castañeda turned tail and ran without said cannon
I thought they lost it in another battle after that?
I think they buried it. Then it was lost for like 100yrs. River erotion eventually uncovered it’s hiding place
Ask for Janice.
That’s one of my two favorite bands of all time.
I didn’t like it when it first came out, as it was such a departure from Licensed to Ill, but I grew to love it and other later output.
Yes, unfortunately a lot of us were looking for License to Ill part 2. Overall, I’m glad they didn’t give it to us. I was initially disapointed too, but did like the two singles they did videos for. However, at some point I put it on repeat and really got into it. Then Check Your Head came out.
Also, still mad I didn’t go see them at The Unicorn back in the day. My dad talked us out of trying to go saying he wouldn’t go over there without an Uzi. lol
