Those should be illegal and when caught with them, the car should be towed and not allowed to be used until those are changed. These are streets, not the Roman Colosseum and those are cars, not chariots.

Don’t disagree with you. Only a matter of time before he hits someone or someone hits them…then they fall off and become dangerous flying objects.
This is parade only decorations IMHO.
I believe they’re legal if the overall width of the vehicle is under 8 feet or something
