Missouri City got wiped out by the hurricane
The eye came up the mouth of the Brazos so Freeport to Galveston got the dirty side. The storm surge was over 10 feet when it hit Dickinson.
The book, “Isaac’s Storm”, is the best one I’ve come across about the storm.
