I know Paxton tried to obtain similar information from TX DPS, so now DeSantis is making a list as well. I don’t know how this request doesn’t go against both HIPPA and FERPA (Student Privacy) laws or similar Florida laws.
This type of request really makes me uneasy with what it could be used for.
