I like the setting. Real downtown instead of the tired, old silhouette of buildings. And I was an Oiler fan for years but I never thought of the color blue when I thought of Houston. Because of police cars??

Who cares? For those that do not know blue is Houston’s flag color. It has nothing to do with UH. They are copying us. Again who cares?
Giving them attention to their game’s unis is what they want.
What matters to me is attention to details on every snap we play. The goal is to attain perfection.

Probably, though UH vs Rice really should be color-on-color, like UCLA vs USC. We did it in 2022 and it was great.

Rice has never worn light blue in their whole history. This is only to create problems for us wearing white on road. We need to come out in black or red to differ from them.
I think Rice wore these uniforms the last two seasons. I would like to see them wear the red helmets with the white jersey and pants.
Rice’s colors are blue and gray. They have never and will never, wear a red anything.
UH= red helmet, white jersey, white pants.
