Based on what I’m reading here, it appears that GWB may have been right after all.
Perhaps the extremists do indeed hate us for our freedoms. Obviously, a hatred for certain forms of free speech brought this on.
Query: if Rushdie doesn’t die, then does that mean he can’t collect on the fatwa?
