Not disputing the research, but while sleeping late works for people who are retired, it doesn’t work for people who have jobs that require them to be at work at an early morning hour. The diet angle is definitely something to consider.

Something to be said about blue light exposure before bed. Affects the sleep cycle

I rarely eat breakfast in the mornings. When I was in HS and College I only ate one meal a day, usually around 4-5 pm. Now I only eat lunch and dinner. I don’t know about you guys but I am not hungry in the mornings. I wish they looked at not eating breakfast and its effects.
