A native of Houston, Peters closed out a decorated career at the University of Houston where she saw action in 65 games making 43 starts. This past season Peters led the Cougars in four categories; goals, points, shots, and SOG. The striker posted a team-high seven goals last season to go along with two assists and closed out her career fourth all-time in goals scored at Houston and top-10 in three other categories. Peters finished the 2017 season with All-Conference Second Team honors.
