Are those spots for sale?
My tail gate group had 3 spots in the garage and we opted this year as in the prior years to down grade to green lot to be able to tail gate with 5 other tail gate members not in the garage. I only park in the garage when I take my 85 year old Dad and use his handicap parking tag.
No idea on how you can pick up parking. I imagine that they are for sale now that all the donors have gotten theirs. I would contact Cougar Pride to find out
