Texas Tech game time

Lots of people buy the 300 corner seats but then hang out on the concourse or squeeze in with friends in the 100s or 200s.

Shhh. You weren’t supposed to say this out loud.

But all joking aside, this is only possible when the 100 level people don’t show up….which is a lot of times sadly.

They’ll be showing up the rest of the season…

I suspect you will be pretty busy all day. May be having company, family, etc.

Have a big screen installed in the reception and conception rooms . . . . .

If we both come in 4-0, I would expect an evening prime kick off time on FOX.

We do have a big screen in our ceremony/reception hall. I’m pretty sure the wedding will get called off if I suggest playing football on it during wedding

Thank you for the well wishes everyone!

Your Groomsmen need to bring 30 in flatscreens and make sure they are strategically placed. It’s their job. Duty.

Sounds like poor planning to me, getting married during college football season.

I don’t care about the game time but I do care about UH wearing those despicable BLUE jerseys !!

Will we ever learn !!

We learned how to generate revenue.

Let’s see the actual numbers that UH gets !!

In doing vast research, only one uniform has made any real difference in the outcome of football games. Those would be the one worn by Carlisle Indians in 1903.

Coogs ought to try that.
Yale used to sew handles on the back of their linemen’s jerseys so they could pull the ball carrier down the field.

My wife and I got married September 5th. We go to an away game every year as part of the anniversary. My wife loves small town America in particular so she loves the big 12 away venues.

The groom and groomsmen should wear baby blue tuxedos.

I will let you in on a little secret, the bride doesn’t give a flying flip about what else is going on when she is getting married. A lot of times, the wedding date is dictated by the availability of the church and the reception place.

My daughter was married during football season when we played at Miami. That was determined by the availability of Moody Methodist Church in Galveston and the San Luis hotel grand ballroom a block away.

So…did you go to the game?

The only play I saw in that game was when I was walking past the bar on my way to the reception. It was when we fumbled inside the Miami 5. But let me tell you, when we were doing the father-daughter dance and Julie said, “Daddy, this is the happiest day in my life,” it was all worth missing the game and the expense.
