They do. And if you want quality tools from brands such as Snap-on and Matco Tools, they are very expensive.
This is what you get paid after 10 to 15 years. Startin pay is mid 40s.
Yea, the starting pay and having to buy/finance your own tools likely prevent them from attracting someone to stick around that long.
