I think all the variations are inevitable in today’s world, but I do hope we can have a “standard” uniform we wear 3-5 x’s per year. I don’t think we wore the same uni twice this year.

We still don’t get latest from Nike. We are 2 or 3 gen behind on uniforms.
And it’s basically a template provided by Nike that we add our colors. There is nothing unique about our uniforms.
I doubt our uniforms are of any importance at this point. We got bigger things to fix before unis.

copying a pro franchise means nada to me. does ucla or usc have la rams colored uniforms ? and most of the coog players werent born before the oilers left. lets have some astros rainbow or rockets red and mustard next !

Current unis show HOUSTON in tiny (small) letters.
One of the few who can say this!
So many people loved those uni’s and they were a huge hit with nationwide appeal.

UH needs to bring back the secondary blue color back, just like the days of Hakeem, Elvin, Andre Ware and Kevin Kolb had. Not asking for a lot of blue just some outlines of blue.
Both Football and Basketball have the most generic practice looking jerseys

What do McDonald’s, Apple, Johnson & Johnson, Walgreens and Kellogg’s all have in common? They have maintained their primary logo for decades. Why? Brand recognition for one. Most of the blue bloods stick with their traditional uniform, except for an occasional surprise.
I am fine with having a variety of apparel for the fans but keep UH’s athletic uniforms traditional.
