There is only ONE solution!

Holgerson MUST go. He has been a colossal disappointment. If not, the program will continue to flounder. The timing could not be more crucial with us being on the doorsteps of entering the Big 12!

Yeah, but who is going to pay for his exit fees?

Uhhh … only … ONE … Shirley err … surely there could be more …

My only one hope for now is that the admins gather all these redundant “get rid of Holgi” posting into

ONLY ONE posting/thread …

Time to call a dud a dud.

I have to say his tenure has been a disappointment till now and I am sure he also will agree. I am not sure what happened after half time. For whatever reason, Tune stopped running like he was in first half. The desire to win was gone in making meaningless plays. Again not sure what caused it but surely disappointing.

He’s not the same creative guy that left us all those years ago. Maybe he’s not cut out to be a head coach? Maybe West Virginia messed him up? Whatever the reason, we can’t have this guy leading our program if in fact we do go Big 12. Damn Mountaineers. Sold us a dud. You moon shining buggers!!! :yum:

No. WVU wanted him gone and were happy when we paid for him to leave their school. They told us and we didn’t listen. We all said it was sour grapes. This guy ran their program into the ground and he’s doing the same to ours. He went 2-5 in their bowl games. This after their previous coaches did quite well in BCS Bowl games.

The same man who pays his salary can pay his exit fees.

Maybe he’s a fraud?

There isn’t a single aspect of running a football program that Holgi is excelling at. Let’s not forget that recruiting is subpar and the future is looking worse. This man is destroying the UH football program. Each passing day only sinks UH into the depths of football hell.

It is called an adjustment. The teetech D.C. adjusted to Clayton’s reads.

That seems to be a common problem we’ve had if remembering correctly over last 3 years.Good first half, opponent adjusts at halftime , and we dont adjust offensively very well. Or failing to
execute the adjustment. Either way it falls on the coach to make the right adjustments and have the players in the right mindset and coached to execute.

We get out-coached at halftime almost every game. I’m not sure that can be fixed.

Remember D’nofrio?

CDH and his entire coaching staff knew what teetech’s “best assets” were. Both had a great/terrific game. When this happens there is only one direction to focus on. When you can’t shut down at least one you have failed. We had teetech on our schedule for months. Their two best assets did not just arrived on the teetech campus? Did they?

Yea, its just one coaching breakdown after another.

We lose halftime every game.(our kids aren’t dumb so I don’t blame them.)

We can’t execute one of the basic attributes of our offense - the run.

And our defense lines up and gives the same kid 9 yards - on every single carry. When Tech needed to they ran through us like a hot knife through butter.

And our special teams are ok…but nothing special.

Here are two ideas moving forward. Perhaps bring in a football consultant to help Holgorsen. He’s doing something big-time wrong and may not see it. I’d like a former UH coach such as Tony Levine. I’d also like to see more of the backup quarterbacks. Clayton Tune is going to have to play lights out to beat Rice but maybe against Grambling, we could work in Ike Ogbogu, Sofian Massoud, and Maddox Kopp. Go Coogs!

Rice is going to kill us.

Good news everyone, CapitolCoog has just volunteered to buy out CDH contract and hire the next coach.
