Time-restricted eating may have anti-aging, anti-cancer effects

At least they led with “in mice” instead of hyping the discovery as a sure thing in humans.

I practiced this for an extended time (about 6 months) years ago and the effects on my sleep and general health were good. I’ve been following this because I plan to resume this practice, at least for a while. The hard part for me will be a late night sweet craving.

I’ve done intermittent fasting before, and I didn’t drop a ton of weight but I had great results with gastric stuff like heartburn. Purely anecdotal though

Cut out sugar…you will see a ton of benefits the longer you do it.

I TRY to do this… I don’t eat after 7 pm and I try to eat more carbs at breakfast and then sensible lunch and very light dinner.

Imo it leads to better sleep, digestion and weight control.
