I don’t like seeing our kids boo’ed. We’re not entitled to win every game because we buy tickets. And, to be honest, I think you pretty much nullify the home field advantage when you boo your own team. I don’t think the boo’ing motivated them. But its an interesting theory and one I could be wrong about.

I would bet I’ve donated more money and time to this university than 90% of this board. Enjoy the win. I’d suggest yall and the players getting this hype after a win versus a Rice level opponent shows just how far this program has fallen.

Your definition of a real fan would have this team stuck in mediocrity forever. You shun the fans that booed, but they are the ones who motivated the t3am. Not you. Jones’s tweet proves it. Players should be hyped after a win, any win. Why else would they play? Take it a game at a time. Every week is a chance for progression, which I believe they proved this week. Take it a step further next week. Be happy we are moving in a forward trajectory. Come on now y’all
