I’m not sure we are in the Big 12 without Tom Herman so I don’t have a huge issue. I don’t fault him for leaving, but how he left was a little sketchy. Will be interesting to hear if he addresses it.

There are plenty of openings at Turkey Leg Hut. He doesn’t have to settle for a staff position.

UH gave him his 1st opportunity to be a head coach. He wanted to move on have at it. The way he went about doing it showed what kind of POS he really was.

I mean it as respectfully as possible but Dan Campbell’s shtick kind of reminds me of Herman’s. Campbell obviously has way more prestige, longevity and loyalty in his current role. And his teams still buy into his leadership.
The cheek kiss shtick worked briefly, but things soured quickly for Herman. He couldn’t wait to get out of Houston in less than two season. About a decade later, he didn’t get an opportunity to finish his second season at FAU.
Coach Herman turned Levines team into warriors. Herman was a championship winning coach while he was here. Excited that the program is honoring him along with the rest of the team. Go Coogs!

2015 class is probably cool with him. 2016 class and on however, were lied to so he can get his check from our cultural arch enemy while he secretly trashed our university knowing he’d crush our world at the first opportunity. He’s a scumbag to the lifers and a good guy if you played football and graduated in the winter 2015. The equivalent of the girl that gave you a fun month or 2 before bailing and now they’ve gotten nothing going for them. A temporary opportunist. Hopefully he wears a UT polo while he pretends to be our boy. But if players are cool with it, who am I criticize?
