Robbie Armbrester, transferred & played for a school called Academy of Art, last season

Both of these guys after they left Houston, went to decent schools. Sthephen F Austin & Southern Indiana. Disappointing to see where they ended their careers

Kiyron, had a decent jump shot. 6’9", good attitude it seemed. I thought he’d be decent

Armbrester, all his HS highlights were him dunking on dudes. No guard skills really (dribbling, 3pt shooting)

These are two examples of the downside of the transfer portal. Instead of staying at a program, getting coached. These guys transferred multiple times to worser levels of basketball

A quick trip to Nuevo Progresso and they have a wonderful anti-inflammatory that isn’t approved in the USA. It has helped me multiple times.

a result of recruiting potential instead of reality when they should’ve been a mid to lower recruit to begin with but everyone thinks they can find the next diamondin the rough sometimes - coaches know quickly a boom or bust and shift them out ASAP

BTW, I needed a crown. Dentist said it would cost $1650. Went to Dr X (a UT grad) in Nuevo Progreso and got it for $400
