ISU fans seem to think they’ll be good defensively.
As for their perimeter play makers it’ll probably lipsey who should be healthy, momcilovic, mason williams and maybe Jamarion Bateman

A little worried that Iowa State NIL aint great, so they get a bunch of pretty good players but no elite ones
Oscar Cluff seems solid. But you need another dude to help Lipsey. Guard play wins in the tournament

Yea might not look the best on paper but coach otzelberger knows how to develop player’s I mean look at where Gilbert and Jones came from
Also I expect Josh Jefferson to make a huge leap

they were sas great defense team 2 seasons ago… but were a pretty terrible defensive team last year…
they are losing 3 key players… but the 3 rumored replacenets are way worse defensively than the ones they lost …

Sec 208, row 4, quietly irritating ISU fans by just being there. Most were really cordial, but some, younger ones, not so much. Our 3 full days included Jazz Museum, accidentally finding baseball park and football field while searching for some good seafood. Good food all around (skipped the BBQ this trip, not impressed before). Only ran into a few Coogs on the second level of seating.
He seemed to be fully involved during todays game. He was a big factor in our success.

Iowa St. going the Euro route to mitigate their lack of NIL funds for U.S. players, who expect to hit the jackpot. Hopefully Iowa St. can develop these players and hold on to them.

With the extra covid yr players gone, the portal maybe a little down from past yrs
But, i enjoy the roster builds for each team.
Will be interesting if the SEC dominates in the transfer portal again. Or can Big12 teams land some highly coveted transfers
