I stand to be corrrected - but I believe that UH and Baylor have only the Texas Tech Red Raiders as a common opponent. Any hard and fast prediction based on the comparative results would be presumptuous. However, as a general statement it seems reasonable to conclude that UH is better than TT and Baylor is better than TT. Just looking at the scores and my viewing of most of those games - Baylor and UH seemed equivalent in superiority.
I would be fascinated to hear from the analytics folks or the basketball savants on what, if any, conclusions seem fair to draw from analyzing the common opponent games. It would be of great interest to hear from Tech folks - but I suspect they have other concerns at the moment.
