There’s some good ones in there:
15. Total attendance numbers for the three AAC Tournaments so far: 63,636 at Memphis in 2014, 45,480 in Hartford in 2015, and 38,871 in Orlando in 2016. The tournament will return to Orlando next year, and the conference is accepting bids to host the tournament in 2019, 20 and 21.
17. Houston’s Rob Gray led the AAC in scoring with 20.3 points per game. Teammate Damyean Dotson led the conference in three-point shooting, at 43.7 percent.
20. UConn, seeded sixth, hasn’t been seeded higher than fourth in a conference tournament, Big East or AAC, since 2009. The Huskies, though, have won two national championships during that span.
