Selfishly wanted UTSA to lose so we could move up in the rankings.
However, it was pretty awesome to see their fans celebrating in the stands. Absolute jubilation. They’ve never been there before… Magical season for them.

UTSA beat Memphis and Illinois for big wins. Neither of those are world beaters, not even particularly good teams.

I was at the game with some UTSA friends. Great crowd. Great game. Yes, Magical season. I know we could handle them in a head to head. But am super happy for their fans and my home town. Their coach does an amazing job promoting their ball club. They had a special helmet with the 210 area code on one side. It does remind me of the #HTownTakeOver days under Herman. Couple this electric game with the Coogs win last night and another UT loss.

I would never put UTSA over the Coogs but as a one time SA resident, I have nothing but pride and joy over what the Roadrunners have done.
