“What you call, what coverage you run, what front you run is irrelevant if you don’t run to the football, all 11 guys as hard as they can and go and hit people with violence when you get there,” Herman said. "(Coach Orlando) believes in the same thing and he preaches it.
“That culture and belief was already there with him. It was a very easy connection for the two of us. He exudes that intensity and doesn’t care about anything else.”
