Rally House Sugar Land has the locker room shirt.
They got them in later in the afternoon, before I got there and bought one, they said they are getting pins and pennants tomorrow.

That is what the lady said when I asked.
Can confirm that Rally House has a bunch of UH stuff! Honestly it’s just as good as the Bookstore - plus it’s opened later and on weekends unlike the Bookstore.
My biggest gripe with the Bookstore is the fact that they close at 5PM which makes it impossible for me to go since I work by the Humble…
