1st round against Northern Kentucky. Possible 2nd round against Iowa/Auburn. Possible 3rd round/Sweet Sixteen vs Miami/Drake or Indiana/Kent St. Possible 4th round/Elite 8 vs Texas. Wished they didn’t put Texas (3 of 4 siblings graduated from Texas) in the same bracket. Would have preferred Arizona, UCLA, or Marquette instead of Texas (2nd seeds). Should not need Marcus Sasser against Northern Kentucky. UH needs Marcus Sasser to play to go deep in the NCAA tournament.

I’ll take the Kansas bracket anyday. They get UCLA who lost their starting guard for the season. Gonzaga is always beatable in the tournament. UConn & St Marys play inconsistent at times…
UH has Texas who is one of the hottest teams right now, Miami and Iowa State always play tough, and Texas A&M played much better towards the end of the season and got a 7 seed…but KU fans seem to be crying they didn’t get the Midwest Region….

According to some top metrics, Kansas was 9th. Imo, Kansas is overrated. I would have given them a 2 seed. Most Quad 1 wins is overrated, Kansas was only 7-7 against ranked teams when they played. Texas had the 2nd most Quad 1 wins, was 2-1 against Kansas, 9-6 against ranked teams when they played and got a 7th seed (if 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, 3 vs 6, 4 vs 5 applies). I will buy a Kansas Tshirt if Kansas repeats and have a photo posted. NOT LIKELY, imo.

It’s very normal on most Big 12 boards and sites. We absolutely are thought of as frauds because of our so called weak schedule and today’s loss just brought them out swinging harder.
Hopefully after todays loss we now have the incentive to finish the job…
