I think the Coogs work is complete enough ( for # 1 seed) in Committee’s eyes. Even losing to Baylor n finishing 18-2 is more than Good enough imo. Only thg that could change is to go from the 3rd to 4th overall # 1 seed. The BIG12 CT will have no significance whatsoever imo. I use to wonder 10,15 yrs ago when Duke or UNC would lose in first gm of their Conf Tourney n not lose anything seeding wise. Now I understand. The top Basketball Conferences are a gauntlet to get through n you’re rewarded as such. The AAC was different ball game as we all know. jmo. #LockedandSealed

Anyone have any Final Four tickets advice?
I’m tempted to go ahead and go for it or at least look into it. Not a season ticket holder so I doubt I can get any from the school. TIA

Who will be in Wichita that would make it anti-UH?
Bought a pair of the Houston final four tickets and lost quite a bit of money because I had no interest in watching the programs that actually made it.
Enough of an L to tell myself that in the future I will buy when its already a sure thing. I can either find a way to afford it, or I guess i’m not going.

Wichita St. fans, former conference mate of UH in AAC. I do not believe there is any love lost between Wichita St and UH fans. Also, if UH is #1 seed, everyone roots for the underdog.
Nah, I don’t think Wichita fans care. Plus, we have played there in past tournaments and it wasn’t a hostile environment for UH.

It was packed in SA for S16 game against Zona a few years ago… all the bandwagon fans will be there… that’s the only games they’ll go to…

Our largest crowd was The Final Four at The Superdome in 1982.
Second largest was at Seattle Kingdome in 1984.

Depending on how seeding goes, if there’s a two seed in Texas, probably A$M or TT, to be in Wichita, Being that they are both Texas schools, you know they would be rooting for us, trying to make us feel at home.
