Damn, he’s been here 2 yrs and never won the starting position?
Yeah, dude definitely had to transfer.
Also, kinda disappointed that Coach Brandon Jones couldn’t coach him up in 2 yrs so that he could earn a starting spot.
6’4" and 315 lbs. It’s a shame. I wish him well at his next stop.

He was being looked at for other programs (including P5, like his Alma Mater, TxTech) the year that Josh Jones got drafted by Kingsbury’s AZ Cardinals.
But this year in particular has been disastrous. Tbf - there were a LOT of Red Shirts on that list, or transfers with little actual playing experience at the College Level.

Yes, he is. Lincoln Riley tried to get him to join him at USC a year ago, and he was going to be on Mack Brown’s staff at UNC in ‘19. He’s turned some mostly unheralded recruits and transfers into a very solid offensive line.

He’d likely be a 1yr kinda guy as a Grad Transfer, but we do need help in the Secondary
