Interesting. I know Ben, the interviewer. The young man knows his stuff. He has a big business he started training pros through injury recovery. If hes asking questions of Bishop, that is very strong endorsement of what Bishop is doing.

Basketball is his job. What about the other S&C coaches that UH has? How does that department work? I’d like to hear someone knowledgeable explain this.
Some comparison between Bishop and our previous basketball S&C, Michael Young, who was making $65,000 a year for a job he had to show up for 3 hours a week and wouldn’t even do that .
Hopefully a fair amount of Big12 cash will be funneled over to Bishop. That guy is a magician.

I think those may be 10kg which would be a bit over 22 pounds, but I could be wrong. I f I remember correctly, when I wad working out, the 45 pound weight’s were 20kg. But that’s been a while.
