Good question. I think it’s just the courses in the major, many of those others are very likely offered online in addition to on the main campus. I’m not sure if or which are available in Sugar Land, if any. Of course these days it is easy to transfer those classes from community college, or come to school with those from dual credit they earned in high school.
When I was finishing my degree, I took some classes in Sugar Land from Bauer, while I was still taking the rest of my classes on the main campus. I remember one, it was a hybrid class where we did one day a week in person at Sugarland and the rest was online. I did end up driving from Sugar Land to the main campus some, if not every week. Hard to remember exactly. If I was living on campus, at the time I think they did a shuttle bus to and from Sugar Land campus but never looked into it because I needed to have my car for other stuff I had going on.
Anyways I likely could have taken the class on the main campus but scheduling it may have conflicted, so this made going to Sugar Land once a week appealing because it better fit my schedule. That was junior/senior year, most of my classes were from the Valenti School and in the afternoon. The class at Sugar Land was in the morning and for my minor out of Bauer.
