Update on my cancer fight

What was your PSA level when it was discovered, I presume you were having issues with going to the bathroom etc?

I started a life style program at age 39. The results are spectacular. I call it my

SEN life style. SEN stands for sleep, exercise, and nutrition. A person that does not

follow a good life style is shortening life.

Some may regard it is just luck. Account for:

  1. My father died of stroke at age 60
  2. My brother and two sisters have been dead for more than 20 years.
  3. I will have a longer life span than my mother if I am alive on 3-12-2026.
  4. I wiil be 92 in next February.

Win this battle Pearland.

Many of the leading causes of death, both in the United States and worldwide, are

preventable with lifestyle changes.

I’m sending prayers.

My PSA was a 7.6. Some issues, but nothing that bothered me to much, my doctor caught it on my annual physical (which I had not done for several years due to Covid). I was referred to a urologist and the rest is history.
Catching it relatively early made all the difference in the world.

It takes courage to face and fight cancer.

I hope all goes well for you.

Ok thx just wondering cause mine jumped from 2.43 to 3.7 in two years, having issues, went to urologist he thinks it might be overactive bladder, gave me some meds and will monitor psa

i’m not extreme health nut but there are a lot of natural medicines and things you can eat to help, ivermectin, capsaicin, curcumin ; read up if still having issues.

I wasn’t giving my issue with the Big C yesterday as I was engaged with the Brown v Georgetown game. My grandson is captain at Brown and plays middle linebacker. The Browns pitched their first shutout in 30 years and my grandson,John Perdue’s name was mentioned often with effusive praise for his play and leadership. He was named all-conference last year and at this rate I expect even greater things this year. Next game is against Harvard. If you get a chance tune in on Espn+.
