Update on Texas Hill Country Flooding

As someone who was caught up in the 2002 Frio River flood, Im perplexed as to why more measures have not been installed since. These events routinely happen. This isnt not a unqiue occurance.

This little one was in a scout troop with my daughter a couple of years ago. We knew she was missing that morning and waited several days for news.

You can ignore. I’m the not one being passive aggressive.

 some people that were swept into the river would’ve still died but at least they would have a chance at living
