In only two years at the helm of the program, Vesely has restored Houston’s postseason expectations, reaching an NCAA Regional in 2018. Under her leadership, Vesely has also tutored nine All-Conference players for Houston, including pitcher Savannah Heebner, who was named the 2018 American Athletic Conference Co-Pitcher of the Year, as well as Shelby Miller, who was named The American’s Co-Player of the Year in 2017.
