I like to educate myself. After a bit of research I found out that beavers show up in cougar diet studies especially in areas near rivers/wetlands where beaver populations are dense, or during seasons when deer are less available. A cougar will typically ambush a beaver on land (near a dam, lodge, or while it’s traveling between water and foraging areas) rather than pursue it into water, since beavers are much more at home swimming than a cougar is. The beavers are away from home…TDECU stadium comes to mind.
I would think that in the greater Corvallis area, you might find many cougar beavers.

Definitely. Last year we couldn’t get much of a running game going against their d-line. I looked up the stats and Houston only rushed for a total of 82 yards. That almost resulted in a loss.
I keep reading about the talent on the revamped o-line, but how long it will take to gel is anyone’s guess.
IF, our o-line gets a good push up front then I’m confident we’ll win. If not, it’s hard to predict the outcome, especially given the fact that we’ve never seen OSU’s new coaching staff.
