Yup Bama’s a pretender. They’ll get picked apart in the S16 by a SMC type team.

Agree. At this point I’d say Bama is more likely to fail to make the second weekend than Purdue is.

Well I wouldn’t say they are a pretender. They’re pretty good. But I can’t help but think they’ll fade early. This has done a number for them in the future as well. My son would not consider Alabama if he was offered. Parents and kids notice places like UH where their kids will be taken care of. The culture is more than just on the court. Sampson and staff are shaping young men for our future.

Too sloppy and undisciplined to win the whole thing. Also the last time the title was won by program that hadn’t made a final four was the 70’s. They ain’t cutting down the nets this year and if they have the misfortune of playing us in the tourney we’ll beat the brakes off them.

So weird. Miller with the game winner and 41 points. South Carolina nearly gets the buzzer beater from nearly full court but bounces out. It’s like Miller is being set up to believe he is that man for him to go home crying before March 20th

Wholeheartedly agree. They will lose by double digits to the Aggies and will blow it in the R32

No doubt I bet our players would love to get some payback. The past two years of disappointment in one revenge game. Also, what could of been when we were up 15 but it only made us better for march!

Agree that the loss to them was probably for the best. Kept us hungry and humble!

Unless I’m mistaken, the top 4 seeds typically are given protection against playing conference mates in the first two rounds.
