Not sure if it was the game itself or the beer I drank afterwards but last night made me feel like I was back in college lol. 2015 the Postma special. Had to see it to believe it. Tune was much in the clutch. Super happy for him and the guys. Nothing like drinking the tears of a sworn enemy. Seeing him taunt the Memphis fans after the game gave me life. hahaha muck phemphis

Thank you, sir. I got that TV on Black Friday and its my prized possession. I’ve watched many Coog games on it along with about 1000 werewolf documentaries. If I had to turn it off for good it would be like selling my favorite mule.

I remember how they took advantage of a superior team that was suffering emotional turmoil in 2016 after Drama Tommy lied on TV. This win, in Memphis was SO sweet! Even sweeter was the way it went down.

I agree.
The move to the AAC has been very good to Memphis Football.
From 96-2012 in CUSA they won 8 games twice.
03 & 04 w All American / NFL RB DeAngelo Williams.

Only one losing season in the AAC (the 1st year) and seven 8 win seasons.

They are not getting an on campus stadium but the Liberty Bowl renovation and the entire Liberty Park around it look great.

Memphis has no excuse to not be good every year in the AAC 3.0.
UAB and UTSA (Maybe FAU) will use the AAC exposure to thrive but others need time.

Lordy Memphis fans were salty in McTaggerts twitter replies. Also, their only comeback to pretty much anything is they beat us in the regular season in basketball last year. Congrats?

Memphis has TWO NCAA bids w just 2 wins since joining the AAC despite multiple lottery picks and unbearable hype.

They should be thanking UH Hoop for all the NCAA Credits.
