I agree, Ed has never indicated that Herman had anything to do with the decision
Herman won but the big thing he did was promote. He put us on every type of media and he presented well. That was something that we never had here.
Is he a good coach? Yes he is. Is he a legendary once in a lifetime coach? Probably not but time will tell.
Herman did a lot of good things at UH. I hope he succeeds. We want a reputation of winners at UH.
Yeoman, Pardee, Briles, Sumlin, Herman & ApplewhiteâŠand the beat goes on.
Briles??? Get out of here dude
Edit: I was assuming you still want him to succeed despite what his apathy allowed
Actually, he has stated that the reason he came here is because he didnât want to force his family to have to split up watching two division one sons play at different schools, so perhaps he would be.
Sorry! Didnât see you already replied with that before I did.
Are you guys feeling good talking/writing about judas:unamused:?
After todayâs Tulane game, nothing. I could go to a Pop Warner football game and see coaching better than I saw from the Cougar staff today.
The future is still glowing red hot for UH, this too shall pass
Feeling good the season is almost over with one loss to Navy and another in the bowl, we are closer to getting someone qualified to coach this team.
