How he does with Maryland and Virginia recruits against Texas and Oklahoma schools is how he would do with Texas recruits against lower schools from states including Maryland?
P5 Win/Loss records are not the same. Texas A&M is currently 8-4 and ranked #19.
Our 8 wins were vs 6 teams with losing records and 2 that were 1 game over .500.
The P5 has more depth and that takes its toll on teams. We played a G5 schedule and were beat upâŠimagine if we had a P5 game every week.
WVU always seemed to be ranked and them, and Oklahoma State, seemed to pose a threat to the UT/OU machine every single year.
CDH is a good coach and hopefully he will land good talent her at UH, if he is indeed our coach

It is exactly how it works. What are you able to do with the available resources?
It works exactly the same. Having SEC on your chest attracts a certain recruit that we rarely if ever get, eg Ed Oliver types, but across the board. The money these teams have to attract coaching talent is quadruple what we are able to provide throughout the conference.
All this to say, aTm is on the same level playing field as their conference mates. So, if a coach with those resources is unable to compete, they likely will have similar difficulty competing at a lower level with lower level recruits and less financial resources to attract coaches.

Unfortunately I think Yancy is one of a kind. Matt Nicholson is a guy to keep an eye on. He is S&C at Montana since 2015, and is a great Coog.

Yes, B12 schedule is harder than AAC. But, he was playing with B12 players on his team too.

8-4 playing against B12 teams with a B12 team is playing against ones peers. He wonât have a B12 roster at a G5 school. He will be playing with G5 players against peers with G5 players.
What about 7-6 and 4-8?
OK, let me ask one question, if he has a 7-6 or 8-4 record here and loses a bowl game, will he get the same hate some of you guys gave Major? Major got constant hate from a group of posters on this and TOSâs from the time he signed on and had nothing to do with the Army game.
