I thought this administration was all about free speech

I can understand both sides of this one, but can’t say that I have an issue with it.

It is no longer free speech when you are tied to one of the bloodiest terrorist.

Unless they are actually committing terrorism or financially supporting terrorism, I don’t see how you can deport them for mere speech

Now that doesn’t absolve them from the social consequences of their actions, but taking formal legal action in this case would be unlawful, even for green card holders

Now perhaps there’s more to this situation that calls for their deportation I don’t know

I read one account that said she has committed immigration fraud by claiming to come here seeking asylum, and then breaking the asylum rules by going back to Iran four times.

If true, then there’s that.

Lol

Every visa holder in this country is subject to restrictions on speech. It doesn’t matter if you believe in free speech, goblins, or anything else.

While non-citizens, including visa holders, generally possess First Amendment rights to free speech while physically present in the United States, they are subject to significant restrictions and consequences that do not apply to citizens. The ability of the government to revoke a visa or deport an individual for their speech means that, in practice, their expression is far more restricted than that of U.S. citizens"
