You know…i made the trip to CDH first game at OU and i saw how he used King in the offense, after having a historic previous year, and I knew then we made the wrong choice

Amen 1927. That was the first red flag. Early in year 1 and it was a big red flag. Like it or not from the Apple haters, the 4-8 CDH gave us in year 1 would’ve been like 7-5 with Apple. Unforgivable to punt a season. I’ve never forgiven him.
THEN…we extended him to a ridiculous coach friendly contract when NOBODY was coming after him.
Surely, Tilman understands leverage!
