I’m pretty sure the 82, 83 and 84 teams finished the season ranked.
The 81-82 team did not finish ranked in the final poll. Shows how stupid AP ballots are. They made the final four.
We were a 6 seed.
Yes, we beat Alcorn in the round of 48 game, then beat Tulsa in Tulsa to advance to the Midwest regional.
The AP didn’t do a Top25 Poll that year after MarchMadness. Final one was released after the Reg season, hence UH was left out of TOP 25 in their Final Poll.

If Quentin Grimes returns that’s great news. About Dejon Jarreau… He’s going to have a hard time getting drafted if he leaves early. No NBA combine nor private workouts with teams.
Hopefully the entire team realizes the depth and potential for next year where they can showcase their skills. This is a tough break for all involved this year.
