Just watched a hudl highlight film.
Seems good at making reads and open field tackles; might also be a good kick coverage guy.
However, he seems a bit small (5’9" 170 lbs) for a “strong” safety.

Usually grades are the reason they go JUCO in the beginning.

10.94 HS 100m decent speed but not blazing but who knows what kind of training/coaching he had.
self reported 4.3 40. That would be great if accurate
Perhaps he plays a different position here?
Could he play a nickel/ safety hybrid position?
