Could be that he sees our defense getting torched by SMU while picking up P5 offers closer to home. I know Summie is after him hard at Arizona.

It makes no sense that he would want to commit to a team we absolutely torched. At Arizona, you have less of a chance at a playoff appearance than most G5 schools…
I doubt that UA record against UH is a consideration.

both of the schools he has shown interest in visiting have Samoan coaches and he is Samoan.
I’m pretty sure our DC scared him away. The SMU game was just the icing on the cake.
