The Boca has a bizarre setup now. Several bowls have fallback conference ties, in case one of their main leagues can’t produce enough bowl-eligible teams, but the Boca is just divvying two bids among three conferences. I figure an AAC team is a solid bet, while hometown FAU is also a decent pick.

I hate rematches in bowl games. Hate them. They should never happen. I do, however, believe there is a high probability we will play in the Frisco bowl this year.

Those are lazy predictions, doesn’t seem like the writer knows we play in the regular season.

They update them weekly. After week 1 we were frisco and cure bound.

Regardless, I will be watching these from the comfort of my living room. After 5 trips to dfw for bowls I am burned out on that experience.

None of the projected opponents are worth getting excited about.
