I think Herman will create a power 5 school if he stays; as much as recruiting as improved, it will be all the better if recruits think he’s going to stick around for a bit. The rumors of Herman’s departure began the moment he was hired. The losses are disappointing but don’t phase me at all. CTH needs more time to build up the bench. And it is a different ballgame when other clubs are gunning especially for you and your own team is beat up. The alumni, students, UH leadership just need to stay the course and show that we are different from other schools often so quick to want to put their coaches out to dry.
