Coogs in the Pros 2019

Haven’t followed XFL news, will all players go through the draft?

I don’t think so…some guys were assigned to teams already.

Unsportsmanlike conduct. These referees are already better than ours.

I have a cougar story about the CFL. Burr Davis(all american offensive linemen class of 58) was my neighbor growing up and I worked for him when I was a teen after he quit coaching at Klein high school. He taught me how to drive on a 72 Chevrolet pickup with a column shift. I could go on about him but him and my dad are the reason I’m a coogs fan. Anyway he told me that the Pittsburgh Steelers had drafted him but a representative from the Blue Bombers met with him and put 2 thousand dollars on the table. He had never seen that much money before and signed up, playing for Bud Grant.

Great story especially with Bud Grant. Column shift and stick shift that is the way to truly learn how to drive.
